You can print up to 5 different copies of a specification (pick slip, order confirmation, invoice or credit note) by editing the specification file and setting the number of copies from the File / Specification Options screen. In addition, you can specify which copies that fields print to (ie a text label that prints 'chill room' only on copy 1, 'freezer' on copy 2, etc.). Edit the properties of a field and select which copy(s) of the form that the information will print on.
