I installed the OE 9.2A (2015.07.29) upgrade the other day and ever since we have been experiencing Access Violation errors. One of our staff figured out how it happens.

"In OE, when I search for either a customer or an item, I hit F6 to bring up the search window, type something in and hit escape (without actually searching), the error pops up every time".
