I have a client with similar inconsistent results exporting to Excel - with occasional duplicate records or gaps. Softrak has not been able to determine whether the problem is Adagio-related, Excel-related, or something else.
Try exporting your items using the File | Export | Items function, in Excel format and in CSV format and let us know what the results are. I am very interested for my client's sake in getting more facts so we can make a diagnosis.
