Using GridView and the Adagio Common Files 9.2A dictionary, you can look at the Application Log to see the various types of information PO9.2A is currently able to store. This may provide enough information and more for you. It records the user, time and data and document number when it is loaded, unloaded and posted.
You are able to add the Last Access field to the POs/Receipts/Requisitions grid and it will store the Adagio userID of the person last accessing the document in PO. The Last Updated Date/User/Time fields aren't currently available on the grid though.
