As for running the workspaces from a more organized list, an alternate approach could be to save the view and workspace files not in the Views folder but rather in organized sub-folders named the way you want. And when you want to open an inquiry, Windows Explorer is used to look for the desired workspace name.

Or you can put a folder and sub-folder on your desktop that has a separate GV shortcut defined for each workspace, saved in the sub-folder organization.

In either case, it is possible to customize the Adagio menu to open Windows Explorer and the specific folder where your workspaces / shortcuts are saved, if you prefer to have the open Adagio program as the starting point.
