For view transactions;

1. Which three numeric accounts are you displaying (the default is Balance only)?
2. until you drill down on a single account dept pair you will not see the transactions, only balances or net changes.

Also for your transactions details there is no indication of which account number you are showing the transactions for.

Just because a single account balance is not what you expected doesn't mean the Gl is out of balance.

Have you run a data integrity check (File | Data Integrity? Is it error free? Have you recently attempted a Rebuild after a data integrity error?

If I had my hands on the data I could figure out what the problem is quickly. In this forum it could take a while as we go back and forth with questions and answers. This problem would not be solved by reinstalling Ledger. Hopefully your Adagio dealer can assist you by taking a real look at the data.
