Unraveling users data entry errors is very difficult over a forum.
The P means that the check print is in progress. How it got to this state, likely the check printing was cancelled in a non-standard way.
Are all manual and system check batches fully completed? If not complete them.
Run the Data Integrity Check to see if it finds any errors and try Rebuilding them. If this doesn't cleanup the problem then you may need to contact your Adagio dealer for assistance.
