Hi Susan,
We have checked the Snapshot you sent and it looks like you were having a couple of hardware problems. No one else is reporting this problem to us, so I think our ability to help you with this via the Forum is limited. As you know, the DIC within PurchaseOrders will generally "fix" the data enough to get you back without errors, but you'll end up having to make adjusting entries somewhere.
If you can can isolate a way to make the problem repeatable we might have somewhere to look.
