The file GLTR#### refers to a temp file associated with the Trial Balance report, as you indicated you were doing. The #### will be a 4-digit task number which will be unique depending on how many people are logged in.

It may be that this file/folder already exists in the data directory P: /datadir , (ie not cleared correctly due to a workstation or system crash). Determine if this is so - if nobody is using Adagio then it would be safe to delete the file(s) manually.
