Hi Ryan,

Do you currently have a 'Current' and 'Next' year open, with overlapping fiscal periods across both years? Or have you closed the short year and only have a single 'Current' year starting April 1 2014?

The sub-ledger retrieval process should only be assigning the fiscal year and period based on Current or Next fiscal years, not Historical years - if retrieval is set to assign the period based on the date. If indeed the former scenario is true that you have two fiscal years active with overlapping periods (even if periods are closed), then I suspect that sub-ledger retrieval will assign the first year/period it sees. There is no option in the program to choose which year to create a batch if periods overlap.

In this case, the solution would be to Move the retrieved batches from the Current Year to the Next Year batch system - changing the fiscal period as appropriate - until such time that you close your short current fiscal year.

If you only have one Current Fiscal Year open, then this is indeed strange and not expected behavior, and you would need to get your Adagio consultant involved to assist in investigating the problem.
