We've investigated the logs, and according to what we saw, the install of PO was done first and then followed by DC, and the file above was installed correctly, at least to the workstation from which the upgrades were installed from. Did you actually run a workstation setup for PO on your workstation?

Because you copied files afterwards, we can't be 100% certain of what we saw in the ChkSys log.

There was another post today about the same problem, and she indicated that a PO workstation setup solved the problem for her, as we expected it to.
