Hi Mike,

That being the case, can you send a Snapshot of Adagio to us for investigation? This is done by running the ChkSys.exe utility from \softrak\system, and when complete, click the System Snapshot button at the top-left corner of the window.

We can continue this discussion off-line, and re-post when a resolution is determined.
