I am sorry that this is confusing, it is honestly confusing for me because I can't figure out what happened.

When I would open up my financial reporter it would have either my balance sheet or income statement (whichever one I had viewed last) and I would just have to "F9" to refresh it to the correct period.

Do you load your statements using File | Open, or from the list of recent files at the bottom of the File Menu?

I would normally load my statements from the list of recent files at the bottom of the file menu

PS. Am I correct in understanding that everything's all OK now, and that you have tracked down your statements?

No it is not ok as the statements are not in the correct format and they are not showing the net loss properly. If it would help I could fax the old form and the current form and maybe that will help clear up what is going on because i know I am doing a terrible job of explaining what is happening. I really appreciate all your help!!
