Firstly, what version of Adagio Invoices are you running? Use Help | About to record the version number and release date.
Next, try printing a batch listing or other report (not an invoice) to make sure that Crystal reports is happy. The invoice designer uses different printing technology than the listing reports.
Run \Softrak\system\CHKSYS.EXE on your workstation to make sure that it is set up correctly.
