Possibly you do not have the entire range of posting journals selected to print. Try deleting the start number and tabing off the field. You should get an error message that gives you the start and end range of posting journals. Enter this range and print/clear any posting journals found.

No luck? Try running a data integrity check. If error found make sure you have a backup and run the rebuild. Repeat until no errors are found.
