What is the error reported on the batch? It is not an integrity problem but something more like a fiscal period is closed or an account is inactive. At the end of the batch listing report is the legend of error numbers and reasons, and the batch entries with errors will have the respective number at the far right side.
Also, the current version of Adagio Ledger has an option on the batch listing report called 'Entries in error only' so that you don't have to search throughout a large batch for the entries that have an error - only those entries with an error will be printed. You mentioned that you are using Ledger 9.0D, so you will have this option.
