The reason for the problem is that the sample specifications were created many years ago on a machine that had the setting as English US, and most Adagio clients use modified sample specs. The mismatch causes the margin issue.
If you want to maintain the Unicode setting on the workstations as English Canada, then you can create a new specification from scratch on a workstation that has the English Canada unicode setting, and it will work successfully - but not on machines with the unicode setting as English US.
