Further to Support's response, that table contains 2 types of records. The first is the transactional type that appear in the middle of the "Notes/Alerts" screen. Those are the ones with a date, time and user stamp. The second type is the "Additional Comments" that appear at the top of that screen. GridView shows both types in the "Notes Detail" table (the "Additional Comments" are distinguished in the "Note key" column as the Customer code + 6 zeros i.e. "BRAMBR000000").

Since Additional Comments aren't exported (not certain why not), your Detail table must likely has only Additional Comments and not transactional type notes.
