I'm using 9.0C(120224)and was able to export notes for a single customer, as well as a larger range. Also tested using 9.0C(111209) and was successful using that release as well. I'm using the Customer Notes Default template and am exporting to csv

Are referring to the detailed notes for which the user, date and time are included with the note or to the more general 'Additional comments' on the customer's Notes/Alerts window? The Additional comments don't export.
