You can get customer by product sales from either Order Entry, Quik Invoice or Sales Analysis. Which module do you use for your invoicing? Are you using Softrak's Sales Analysis? Which version of Quik Reports are you using - DOS or Windows? Have you looked at GridView? For this type of inquiry, it might be much faster.
