Michael's answer is correct for all 64-bit computers. A 64-bit operating system has 2 ODBC managers, one for 64-bit and one for 32-bit ODBC drivers. They look the same. The 64-bit manager is available through the Windows Control Panel. The 32-bit manager is \Windows\SYSWOW64\odbcad32.exe.

Is your server 32-bit or 64-bit? When you say "older server", are you referring to the server you described at the top of this thread or a different one?
