Their Day-End has “Purge invoices & credit notes older than 9999 days” (although the Orders are being purged after 190 days).

On a copy of the client’s data,. I changed the value to 90 days as you suggest, and it worked exactly as you claim.

And as well, we can still run all their Crystal/GridView custom reports & views from the History.
