We think this is still a problem and the issue relates to the default pickslip processing.

If we have an order with location 1 assigned to the order with a defined picking sequence assigned, the picking sequence prints properly.

If we have a backorder and decide to ship from another location (say 03) with the default picking sequence, the default picking sequence does not print.

You can test this and see this with sample data, just by doing an inquiry or a grid view on picking sequences by locations for an item with defaults. The picking sequence is blank in the tables and onscreen inquiry of quantities by location (checkout the picking sequence details).

What we would like is to be able to print picking slips with picking sequences for any location, that pick up the revised picking sequence when the location changes without have to re-enter the line on the order again, given that the revised location on the backordered item is already correct.
