I suspect that something has gone wrong with the installation. These errors are typically indicative of the data dictionaries not being in synch with the application and data. If you have sample data, try doing a similar thing with smartfinders and if the same error occurs, this will confirm it.
This sort of problem is best handled with your Adagio consultant, as they will have better tools to assist than over this forum.
