Hello Dave
Hmmm. Something evidently did change, otherwise you wouldn't be getting the error. If not newly installed programs, then perhaps the file has become damaged or is otherwise unreadable for some reason that we do not know at this point.
The CRPE32.DLL file is what Adagio uses to print it's reports - from the main Reports options menu as well as batch listings.
You can check to see if this file is there by opening Windows Explorer and searching for it on your local C: drive. It should be found under the Windows\System, Windows\System32 or Winnt\System32 - depending on what version of Windows you have installed.
Win98: Windows\System
Win98 upg to WinNT, W2K or XP: Windows\System32
WinNT, W2K, XP: Winnt\System32
The version that Adagio uses is 7.0.100.15 and is dated 06-21-99. If you cannot find this file, or if the file is a different version, you can rename the existing one in your Windows\System - System32 folder then copy the one from Softrak\System\WIN32 into your local directory.
There could be other reasons why your system cannot find the version information it needs, so if the above steps do not work, then it could be due to such things as file attributes or User rights.
Regards,
