Had you accessed the data with Ledger V9.0D? Make sure that you are accessing Ledger 9.0C data with the FR.
From the release Note:
If you are upgrading from Ledger 9.0A or 9.0B a minor database conversion will be performed the first time you open your database with Adagio Ledger 9.0D. Starting the GL9.0D Financial Reporter also modifies the GLACCGRP file and as a result earlier versions of the GL will no longer be able to access the Financial Report for that database.
