You'll find that the highlighting only works if you you select the first record then select the second and then holding the shift down and down arrow, you can highlight from the second, going down. Paging down with the shift doesn't work. If you have a lot of entries, the down arrow works but it is sensitive.

What we normally suggest is just auto generate the batch (using the prompt at the top). It will prompt you to post, (which you never want to post here until reviewing or checking the batch details), and you respond do not post. Then delete the unposted batch. Batches are free.
