If you wanted to upgrade Receivables from an older version to 90B, I suspect you installed the upgrade to the wrong place. The behaviour you noted occurs when installing an Adagio program to a brand new location where it doesn't already exist, using Upgrade installation codes.

What was your prior version of Receivables? 90A, or an earlier version? If earlier, then the prior AR program was stored in a different place.

This issue will likely require your Adagio consultant to assist, as it is too complex to handle on the forum.
