Hi,

You should also check to ensure that data integrity is clean. If not, make sure you have made a backup, then rerun DIC and hit Rebuild. If it comes back saying it has fixed the errors, run DIC again until it comes back clean. Test after, to ensure the problem has been resolved.

As well, when you run the report, remove the Customer Name as one of the Sort by criteria and see if you receive results then.

Can you tell us exactly which version(release date) of AR you are using? Selecting Help | About from the main menu will give you this information.
