Hi Sammy,

It may be that some of your updates require a newer version for Lanpaks that what you currently have installed.

First, open any Adagio program and go to the Help menu, and from there pick About. On the screen that appears, towards the bottom is displayed the number of Lanpak Licenses in use. It might say something like '0 of 5' or '3 of 10' or '1'. This will tell you the number of lanpaks this application recognizes. If you see '1', that means that no lanpaks are recognized, and thus are considered old. If you see 'x of y' then some lanpaks are installed and recognized by the program.

Second, from the Help menu choose System Status. This will run the CHKSYS.EXE utility. When the initial process is complete, click the Lanpak versions button to list all installed lanpaks of any version. This will indicate whether all of your lanpaks are up to date or if some/all of them are old.

You may need to install upgrades for your lanpaks. I believe an upgrade notice for version 9.0C was recently sent out.
