Hi Samuel,

You can use either the Items tab on the OE Order History function, or the Prices button on an item detail while entering an order in OE, to search for the historical customer-item combinations. In either case, you select a date range to scan the OE detail history.

Since your ideal case was while entering an OE order, the process would be to
- Create the order for the customer
- Add a new detail and select the item
- Click the Prices button
- Click the Show History button
- Select the date range (MTD, YTD or other custom range)
- Click the Load History button to do the scan

This will show all found occurences of the customer purchases or credits of that item. The list is sorted by date ascending, so the most recent purchase will be at the bottom of the grid.

Alternatively, a GridView workspace could be pointed at either OE History or Sales Analysis (SA would be better performance) and be able to look up customer/item combinations.
