Hi Kay,
I followed the same steps with our forum password to log in - I was able to click the Play Video icon and this launched Windows Media Player and started the webinar. There wasn't a second log in required.
Perhaps there are security settings on your internet browser preventing access? Maybe you need to ensure you have the current version of Windows Media Player?
Are you able to access the 'free' recorded session, above the login area? If so then the login isn't working and if not then your web browser or environment is getting in the way.
