Hi Bruce,

The workstation setup is what writes the registry entry. If a workstation setup was not done, or done while a different user was logged into the workstation, or done where the user has insufficient rights to write to the registry, then it will be missing.

It could also be that the workstation install should have wrote the entry but did not. Version 9.0B had a problem and to our expectation, this should have been fixed in workstation install by the current version.

If re-running the workstation installation for Adagio Ledger does not add the required entry, then you could add it manually.
