I completely uninstalled everything from everywhere and re-installed everything as documented.
By the way, the workstation install is super slick - great job you guys.
The problem is when we are in the financial reporter tool and one tries to access the help file.
This has been duplicated on our stand alone computer which we used for testing as well as the workstations now all installed from the network ...
Iow, same problem in both environments...
