Yes, reloading the company data will make the error re-occur until an order with an item is edited.
Thanks for confirming that the order you got the error message on only contained misc charges and no items. I suppose 'setup' would be options such as whether qty shipped are allowed on orders (required in your case as if not, you could not re-edit the order as it would have been invoiced and completed). Which options that affect misc charges or orders do you have enabled in the company profile?
We have enough information to work on this instance of the error. But I get an error immediately when editing a misc charge, not when editing a tax code or amount. Can you confirm that is the same timing when you receive an error, or different?
