There is a set up problem. Specifically with the Crystal component of the Adagio workstation setup. JobCost is an exception because it uses a different version of the Crystal print engine than the rest of Adagio.

We have heard of this once before in a Terminal Server environment where different workstations. The problem was that each workstation did not have the required information in the \windows\crystal of the users 'home' windows location. The solution in this instance was to log into the terminal server (each user, one at a time) and for each user, copy the entire C:\windows\crystal folder and paste that folder to the users 'home' \windows location. The drive letter is dependant on each users' terminal sever setup.

This may have a respective scenario for your setup, or it may be completely different.
