Hello Elvira
Yes, Softrak's Sales Analysis is a program in itself that was designed to retrieve or pull in data from other ACCPAC Plus or 3rd Party (ACCPAC Plus Companion) products.
Our website will have to be updated to include CounterSales in it's list of requirements. Now that SA is compatible with CS, you do not require OE, QIP or Adagio Invoices in order for SA to work properly. You did not list it, but A/R is required at least, in order for SA to pull Customer information along with the rest of the sales data. Are you using CS with it's own Customer List, or did you forget to list A/R?
If you do have A/R, then SA may be a good choice for you. SA must be installed after CS and AR, and you should have all Day End procedures up to date before going into SA and attempting to retrieve any data.
If you do not have A/R installed, it would likely be a better choice for you to consider Crystal Reports 8.5 for Adagio. A Softrak Business Partner could demo this for you, after taking a copy of your data to use for the demo on their system.
Not only will you be able to create sales reports that will meet your individual requirements, but you could use it for all your other ACCPAC Plus modules as well, thus it is much more flexible than Sales Analysis. Being a windows product, it can produce very eye-pleasing reports as well, taking advantage of all the Windows-based fonts and other graphic-orientated options.
Regards,
