This is a WSM error message that is why you could not find it in the QIP manual.

This could occur for a number of reasons. For instance, there could be too many ACCPAC Plus or 3rd Party applications running for the number of Lanpaks you have installed. That is just one scenario.

You should consult your local ACCPAC Dealer for assistance, or consult your WSM manual.
