I find the easiest way to verify lanpak status is to run the LanPakSelectiveUninstall.exe utility under X:\Softrak\system\lanpak (where X: is your network adagio drive).

This will show you all of the lanpaks that you currently have installed (see attached screenshot). Just be sure to click "exit" when you're finished here, as "update" will uninstall any selected LanPaks

Do you have both of your 10 packs showing? Is one an older version than 9.0B? If only one is showing - install the other using the proper serial numbers. If one is not at current version 9.0B - install the upgrade that you should have received via email again using the proper serial numbers.

I think that if you speak to your Adagio Consultant, they will be able to consolidate your 2 10 Paks into a single 20 Pak, which should make things easier in the future.
