From the description of the AP problem, I am going to guess that you have not installed the PTF for Adagio Payables 6.8A. The PTF is available from this section of the End User Index: Program Temporary Fix Downloads. The file is named: APPTF20011207.EXE. This PTF is free to all registered 6.8A users. You can get the password from your local Adagio consultant.

Installing the PTF will definitely fix the error you are getting when you print the Pre-check register report.

However, the 4102 error is another issue. I suspect that you have a damaged data file but I do not have enough information yet. Do you get this error when you visit a specific vendor or do you get it for all vendors?
