This date gets updated when the customer record is updated. For example, if a change is made on the customer info tab or a transaction is posted to the customer.

You can see it in the Customer record on the Statistics tab as the Last Accessed Date or in the Customer grid, if added using the Column Editor. It may also be seen in GridView.

In AR9.0A, we also added a Last Maintained User field as part of the user audit statistics.
