There is a 'Printer setup' button available for printing Documents (ie POs, Receipts, etc) and re-directing to a different printer at run-time. This Printer Setup at run-time does not appear to be available for Reports. What were you wanting to print to a different printer?

You can also define a specific printer in general for printing in PO from the File / Options screen. Either choose Default to use your Windows default printer or select a Specific printer from the list of available printers set up for this workstation.
