A large Adagio site in LA uses SalesCQ to track their RMA's. They treate them like quotes, with an expiry date and an approval process. The only manual step is the creation of the credit note when the goods are received. We like the model so much we expect to be adding that functionality to the product in an upcoming (but not the next) release.
