Just to confirm a couple of things:

If you have 2-digit years in any Accpac Plus program or add-on, such as TBR, the year interpretation depends on the version of the System Manager. If you have WSM 7.0, it will interpret the year '89' as 2089 but '90' as 1990 - regardless of it's use as a start or end of a date range. When you selected a range of 1/1/90 to 12/27/01, that was being interpreted correctly.

Could you confirm which field(s) are zero on the billing memo that you were expecting to have a value? Or perhaps it's the other way around, where you are expecting zero, but see a value on the Aged WIP report? I would be good to know whether Final/Progress billing was related, or perhaps including the AR amounts on the Aged WIP report.

If the date range you selected was 1/1/90 to today on the billing memo, then the unbilled total on the right-half should match the total amount on the Aged WIP report for each Client/Case.
