.CHM files must be loaded of your local drive. They cannot be opened from the network (under Vista - a Microsoft "security thing").

This should have been fixed in Softrak's release unless you are launching from a network drive. Please let us know if the problem still occurs on this version. If you are on a network, you may need to copy the file manually to your local desktop and launch it independantly of the application.
