The Trial Balance is balanced.

To prove my point I have re-installed Ledger 9.0A on a laptop and ran the report against the same dataset. The 9.0A report is showing a correct account balance. The 9.0B report is showing the balance doubled. There is only one account (retained earnings) involved here. There are no current year transactions, only Special Postings for Previous Year.
