Adagio Inventory is unable to open the data files in question. Either they are corrupted or the user does not have rights to open them.

Does an Integrity check run clean? If not, make a backup of your data and then re-run the integrity check, then choose to Rebuild the data.

The temporary data files used for adjustment and stock transfer entry are not critical and could be deleted. Same for audit list reports. However, the receipts file is not a temproarly file and is a more serious error.
