Hi Ken,

Quik Reports is a 16-bit application, so that may be an issue on very specific environments. We have verified that is installs correctly on a Windows 2000 and Windows XP computer, among others.

One of the places it could fail is during the tables installation. It opens a DOS window in the background, and if your system does not like DOS windows very much, it has been known to hang.

The file name you quoted is not an actual file on the CD. If you were to look at the CD, there are 5 folders, DISK1 to DISK5, and a 6th folder with the tables install. How are you installing the CD? Are you using any mapped drives are anything out of the ordinary? Can you install to the local workstation?
