Hi Ken,
Based on your other posting, you have tried to install Quik Reports for Windows. With earlier version of Adagio Invoices (anything before 6.8A), you would have to reinstall Invoices after QRWin because both used similar support Crystal Reports files. This problem would be evident on reports such as batch listings as all numbers would be zeroes and invoice totals would have values such as EE-72. Reinstalling Adagio Invoices or re-doing the workstation setup) would have fixed this.
With Adagio Invoices 6.8A, we have updated the Crystal engine to 7.0. Therefore, Quik Reports for Windows should not interfere with this at all. If you have any other programs that utilize Crystal Reports, you may want to try the same technique and re-install Invoices, or at least re-do the workstation setup.
Because you have version 6.8A, you probably also have the CHKSYS.EXE utility to determine if something on your system is incorrect. This System Check program will look at the files on your local workstation and identify if any files are missing or of the incorrect version. To run, simply find this file in the \softrak\system directory on your network and runit, following any instructions on the screen. You will see a log indicating whether the files are OK or if there's a problem. Details will be given as to which file(s) are incorrect and what they should be. Typically, re-doing theworkstation setup on this workstation will fix it.
Does data integrity find anything? Can you print the Archive Listing report?
