In the newer modules just coming out, you can select Help | About and run the System Check from there.

However, you can still run this program from the Softrak\System folder by double clicking on the ChkSys.exe file. Then, click on the Check Lanpak Status button in the middle of the bottom of the screen. It'll tell you how many of what version of Lanpaks you have installed.
